Wedding Venues MWG loves in and around Farnham, Surrey: Millbridge Court, Farnham Castle & Northbrook Park
Surrey has a vast and beautiful collection of wedding venues, each offering its own unique charm (and spaces and opportunities to enhance with florals!). At Made with Grace, we’ve had the pleasure of creating bespoke wedding flower designs for many couples at several stunning locations across the county. In this feature, we’re focussing in on our favourites located in and around the historic market town of Farnham that’s lucky to have the lovely wedding venues of Millbridge Court, Farnham Castle, and Northbrook Park on it’s doorstep. We’ll share a little of what we love about each and a collection of behind the scenes and professional images from real couples wedding days that we’ve been a part of.

Northbrook Park
This breathtaking private estate has historic charm, immaculate mature gardens, a muted timelessly elegant aesthetic, oh and extra special on-site residents.. the iconic peacocks! We love it for it’s spacious versatility, the flooding of natural light, delicate interior details and that grand fireplace that offers the perfect opportunity to frame your ceremony with a captivating floral installation. The vine covered walls and enchanting walled gardens make bringing the outdoors in in the form of floral arrangements feel harmonious, especially when seasonal varieties are celebrated, something we absolutely love to do here!

2. Millbridge Court
We often ask in consultations why the couple chose that venue and when it’s Millbridge they’ve chosen, so often they say ‘it felt like a home’, and it really does, where the house and garden merge through the statement glass windows and ambience is so warm with the kindest team calmly running proceedings. The high ceilinged ceremony and dining halls, charming garden overlooking the wild countryside, and thoughtfully styled preparation areas and bedrooms offers so much charm, elegance and practicality.
The neutral canvas allows the colour and botanical softening of flowers to really elevate the space and with the large rooms, beautiful natural light and height there is so much scope for getting creative with florals.
Millbridge Court is also an extra special venue for MWG as it was the first that we became a recommended supplier for, so we will always be grateful to be trusted to join their hugely talented network.

3. Farnham Castle
With it’s regal interiors, ancient stone walls, sweeping views over Farnham town and its lush, well-established gardens Farnham Castle has so much romance and grandeur. With the opportunity of several spaces to hold your wedding ceremony including the grounds, the great hall, the keep and gardens rooms whether you hold an intimate or grand celebration the spaces each hold so much character and offer various opportunities and focal points to backdrop and frame with florals. We particularly love the gardens with it’s vines and shrubs that scramble the historic walls, and the iconic fireplace in the grandhall which completely lends itself to being enhanced with blooms to create an enchanting frame of your special moments.
